What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
The delivery time-frame varies based on your location within the country. Typically, we require 10 business days to process your order, followed by an additional 3-6 business days for delivery, which depends on the distance to your location. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing your delivery and tracking information for your convenience.

Do you offer COD?
Regrettably, we do not offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option at this time.

The payment got deducted but I didn't receive order confirmation?
Although your payment has been deducted, if you haven't received an order confirmation, this issue might arise from a network glitch. No need to stress; we're here to assist you. Just send us a screenshot of the payment transaction to theberryshopindia@gmail.com, and relax. We will verify the payment on our end and manually process your order for you.

Not sure pin or headbands, which one to choose ?

For children under 1 year old, we typically suggest our  soft nylon headbands. If your little one has good hair volume enough to hold pin, you might consider clips instead.

How to care for the accessories?

Here at The Berry Shop, we pour our heart into hand-stitching our bows to guarantee their long-lasting durability. In case they need a little freshening up, we suggest spot cleaning, followed by gentle air drying in the shade and a light ironing to bring back their shape. But, please keep in mind that we strongly discourage washing bows that aren't entirely composed of fabric or include a leather or felt center. Your cherished bows deserve nothing less than the finest care!

Our headbands are crafted from an incredibly soft and comfortable nylon material known for its flexibility. This stretchy material ensures a snug fit for wearers of all ages, from newborn babies to toddlers and even adults, all while maintaining its original shape. This makes it an ideal choice for young ones, as it ensures a gentle and comfortable fit without causing any discomfort or leaving impressions on their heads.

Is it possible to have my product customised or personalised?
Certainly, customisation is an option, subject to material availability. Depending on your specific requirements, additional customisation charges may apply.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, we ship all over the country. Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable speed Post service.

Do you ship overseas?
Currently, our shipping services are limited to within India. However, we are actively in the process of expanding our shipping options to include international destinations, and we anticipate making this service available in the near future.

What is your return or exchange policy?

All our products are lovingly handcrafted, making each one truly unique, and as a result, no two pieces are identical. Consequently, you may notice minor variations in colors or prints compared to the images displayed on our website. Please note that due to hygiene considerations, we adhere to a company policy that does not permit exchanges or refunds for products once they have been sold. However, we do offer refunds in the event that products are received in a defective or damaged condition. If you encounter any such issues with your product, kindly inform us promptly with unboxing video, and we will address the matter accordingly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order within a 24-hour window from when you initially placed the order. In such instances, the refund will be initiated using the original payment method and will typically be processed within 10 business days.
