    All our products are lovingly handcrafted, making each one truly unique, and as a result, no two pieces are identical. Consequently, you may notice minor variations in colors or prints compared to the images displayed on our website. Please note that due to hygiene considerations, we adhere to a company policy that does not permit exchanges or refunds for products once they have been sold. However, we do offer refunds in the event that products are received in a defective or damaged condition. If you encounter any such issues with your product, kindly inform us promptly with unboxing video, and we will address the matter accordingly. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist you.

    In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team(theberryshopindia@gmail.com). The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within same day of receiving the products.
